Today was a pretty awesome day despite the loss by the Michigan State Spartans against Maryland.
@mrsbozz and I got up early for a Saturday and drove to the next town over to watch out friend's son play basketball. His team didn't do as well as the other team but they showed a lot of heart and you could tell their son has some potential if he chooses to play in the future.
After that we went as spent some time with our youngest nieces and nephews before heading out to get some lunch. Durning that time I am happy to say I eeked out a win in a close game of Cooties.
Even though it was lunch, the restaurant we went to had a pretty impressive breakfast menu that they serve most of the day. I couldn't resist getting a omelette.
We finished our meal and headed South to another town to do some shopping. Finally we returned home to watch the disappointment of a game and relax for the evening.
I really wish the outcome of the game had been different but all in all it was an awesome day!
