After a three week break due to pool maintenance, today I went back to swimming lessons. In the meantime, I went couple times to swimming pool in town and improved what I had learned before. I guess it wasn't bad, because today I heard a lot of praise from my instructor, but to make it not so easy, I'll have to synchronize and improve the next elements.
Besides, today there are not many steps, because I was at work all day, but I managed to spend #60minutes on physical activity, so you can too.
POL Po trzech tygodniach przerwy spowodowanej konserwacją basenu, dziś wróciłem na lekcje pływania. W międzyczasie chodziłem na basen i sam doskonaliłem to czego się wcześniej nauczyłem. Chyba nie było źle, bo dziś usłyszałem dużo pochwał od instruktorki, ale żeby nie było tak łatwo kolejne elementy wprowadziła, które będę musiał zsynchronizować i doskonalić.
Poza tym dziś mało kroków, bo byłem cały dzień w pracy, ale udało mi się wygospodarować 60 minut na aktywność fizyczną.
