A season of cold and cough

Every day, among all the patients, a major group is coming with almost similar symptoms; cold, cough, fever, headache etc.

Some patients are coming with really high grade fever; more than 40° Celsius. But no throat infection. Those are typical group for flu. A few of them showing bacterial infection after having complete blood count.
