The recent holidays and winter in general really took a toll on me. Overall things are good and a few bumps in the road are always expected. I was able to take a nice two week vacation before the end of the year. Yet just a few days before that I got into a car accident leaving my car totaled — thankfully I walked away without any serious injuries. I’m also lucky to have my friends and family to spend the holidays with, keeping me well fed and also distracted from my typical fitness activities. So now it’s time to get back on track, start working on my summer bod (which I never manage to perfect) and finally get a new car. A few long term and short term goals to keep the balance.
