Do you carry your phone around with you all day? I use the fitbit app on my phone to track my steps and transfer those over to actifit. If I carry my phone around with me all day I usually make 5K steps even if I don't strive to do much extra. Making it to 10K on the other hand... that takes some extra effort on my part.

Thanks, I'm certainly making an effort. I never used to track my steps prior to actifit. I think doing this is driving me to be a bit healthier than I would otherwise.
