¡Hola Steemians! Aquí está el Running Log del día de hoy.

Después de muchos meses sin correr por cuestiones personales, por fin estamos recuperando un poco del tiempo perdido, y mejor aún, los resultados se empiezan a ver.

El día de ayer salí a correr. Mi intención era correr solo 5 kilómetros, pero al final el cuerpo pidió más y más y decidí darle el gusto.

Hello Steemians! Here is today's Running Log.

After many months without running for personal reasons, we are finally recovering some lost time, and better yet, the results begin to be seen.

Yesterday I went running. My intention was to run only 5 kilometers, but in the end the body asked for more and more and I decided to please him.

Una gran carrera de 10.75 kilómetros a un ritmo de 6'50 min/km. Más importante aún, estos fueron mis 10 km más rápidos en mucho tiempo, con un ritmo de 6'40 min/km.

Una pequeña victoria que nos hace estar un poco más cerca de volver a la montaña.
