Today I am feeling pretty accomplished as my cycle route had been getting the better of me at one particularly steep hill but today I sailed up without having to take a break and without serious pain in my thighs so I know the regularity of exercise is starting to pay off. I get home without throbbing thighs and feeling stronger now. It was a super hot day though!! All good.
