Happy Friday dear visitors and friends

A pleasant and peaceful night here, matters to attend did not allow the usual walk outside, so exercise at home.

Yes, I have stairs at home, so a good option is to go up and down several times, my dogs are so funny, they run behind me too.

Then abdominal exercise and some squats. My dogs do not repeat this feat, but they are there sniffing me all the time until their human dad arrives and puts them in order, because they obey me only then it suites them ...mmm

It feels good when you exercise, not just body, it is also a mental issue. I hope you don't deny yourself this opportunity to take care of yourself and feel good, this is free.
