My Actifit Report Card: January 24 2020

This is my thank God it's Friday report.

I'm a little late posting this because it's already Saturday morning, I have to admit I like this feature where you can post your activities from the day before.

This was my weekly wrap-up, I don't do a report on the weekend's cuz I usually don't have enough activities to get a decent reward.

Getting up early and doing my exercise routine before I start the day has really helped boost my score, now I have a few thousand steps before I even get to work.

I'm thinking about adding an extra exercise regimen in the evening if I have the energy.

My weight is starting to climb up again so I'm going to have to cut out the snacks and eat a little better.
