Hey people!
Yesterday was kind of a boring day at work. I had a lot of driving, because I had work one hour out of town.
Besides that, it was a normal day and everything went by smoothly which is always nice!
Today I made this yummy beef and veggie dish for dinner. I finished it off with some soy sauce, sambal, and a drizzle of honey. It turned out really good! A bit spicy with just a hint of sweetness 😊.
For now I'm "researching" a potential trip to Vegas for valentines weekend.
