Blood frog is one of endemic animals Indonesia means that the animal only exist in Indonesia. Red frogs are a rare and protected animal because its existence is almost extinct.The animal can only be found in Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park and Mount Halimun Salak National Park.Blood frogs are often referred to as red frogs.The name of red frog or blood toad is taken from the color of a blood-red frog leather.However, the blood red color is not evenly distributed throughout the body but rather in the form of spots.Types of blood toads are common in waters with slow currents as well as in small river streams in the mountains.The area favored by blood toads is the border area between the moist lowlands and the mountain forests.
