... Most of our team members have a background in dance (hip-hop, contemporary, jazz, breakdance), but also tried out different sports, such as soccer, gymnastics, martial arts and more.
🏂 There are many ways to stay active, besides going to the gym and get in a good workout without it feeling like an uphill struggle.
🔑 What most sports have in common, like dance and soccer, is that it's a way to let go of trying to control movement and because the mind concentrates on the music or the game it's easy to train for hours without you noticing the crazy workout you put your body through.
❤️ When you ENJOY what you do and you're having FUN, work becomes EASY, you feel HAPPY and your body FIT & STRONG.
🔄 The only way to find out what type of fitness activity you enjoy, is to try as many different things as possible. You might be surprised!

Qigong, it looks boring but it makes you feel great, MMA is also good fun.

Mine is drinking beer 😆 seriously, the effort of moving your arm holding a huge heavy cup, feels super exhausting for a workout... 🙂

Also:
Running, playing table tennis, swimming and raving (jumping, dancing or just making idiotic moves like a maniac alone or within large crowds).

All about balance, right? 😉

Indeed, between the left hand and the right hand... you need to drink a bit from each cup to keep the balance... 🤣

It's indeed a matter of balance in life. Can't do exercise all day, otherwise my wife would kill me. And, eventually I would die of being so healthy.

I love the awareness that the Appics Team has for the importance of getting the body moving on a daily basis. I also appreciate that you signal this to others as it demonstrates genuine care and that is cool.Body and mind work together and history has shown that some of the greatest intellectual innovations occured during flow states arising through physical activity. I cherish the fact that I can cycle, hit the gym, walk, and recently even started salsa dancing classes. Life is an adventure! 🤗

I just like lifting heavy things against gravity once a week 😂
