Saludos comunidad de Gems, el dia de hoy vengo a resolver una duda que me dejo un post que leí el dia de ayer.

Para mi parecer y para varios de mi allegados no la hay y nunca la habrá en ningún lugar (Igualdad, ya sea de genero o cualquier tipo), no nacimos iguales de ninguna manera, todos somos diferentes nadie puede hacer lo que tu puedes hacer, por lo mismo tu vas a tener un trato mejor o peor que yo, no puedo quejarme de eso.

De ser un mejor trato al que yo estoy recibiendo yo no debo quedarme de brazos cruzados debo luchar para tener un trato de la misma forma que tu lo estas teniendo (Tu que tienes un trato y logras algo que quiero) En mi opinión personal, debes luchar por tenerlo todo en la vida, no debes criticar a nadie.
If it's a better kind of treatment than the one I'm getting, I shouldn't stand idly by and fight to get treated the same way you're getting treated. (You get treated and you get something I want.) In my personal opinion, you should fight to get everything in life, you shouldn't criticize anyone.
De ser un peor trato al que yo estoy recibiendo, debo ayudarlo a mejorar si esta en tu capacidad, no arriesgues tu bienestar por alguien más, nunca debes hacerlo. Debes ser un líder para que sigas creciendo junto a la otra persona, no debes ser la típica persona que lo pisotea y simplemente lo deja ahí en el piso.
If it's a worse treatment than the one I'm getting, I should help it get better if it's in your capacity, don't risk your well-being for someone else, you should never do that. En mi opinión debes de salir de esa caja que todo es tan estético, he visto mujeres con complejos y amigo debes aprender a quererte si no te quieres tu mismo o tu misma nadie mas te querrá ni por todo el dinero que tengas.

Solo debemos esperar nuestra oportunidad y no dejar que se nos escape.

Siempre busca innovar en lo que puedas, mejora tu conocimiento y veras como tu vida mejorará.

Criticar no es mejorar.
El criticar a las otras personas, haces daño para ti. Si tu quieres avanzar con la mejora de tu vida solo tu puedes guiarla y tu debes enfocarte en ti mismo. Tu unico obstaculo eres tu ¨Que no soy el mas lindo¨, ¨No tengo el mejor cuerpo¨. Si ese es el problema toma cartas en el asunto nunca dejes que algo simplemente se te interponga y te deje sin nada en lo que progresar.
Criticism is not improvement.
By criticizing other people, you're hurting yourself. If you want to move forward with improving your life only you can guide it and you must focus on yourself. Your only obstacle is you ¨Que I am not the most lindo¨, ¨No I have the best cuerpo¨. If that is the problem take action never let something simply stand in your way and leave you with nothing to progress on.
Tu eres el forjador de tu propio futuro, que nadie te detenga.
La igualdad de genero esta sobre-valorada, las mujeres y hombres pueden hacer lo mismo. Solo que nos interponemos en nuestro propio camino.
Yo personalmente he tenido una buena cantidad de post bien votados, porque los hago con la mayor calidad, como a mi me gustaría que estuviera un post al 100% para leerlo y entretenerme. Porque si no haces algo completamente serio, algo completamente adecuado a tus gustos, amiga o amigo déjame decirte: A nadie mas le gustara, incluso te dejara de gustar lo que haces a ti solo te haces daño por pensar en los demás, concéntrate en ti mismo para que dejes los sentimientos negativos hacia afuera.

Gender equality is overrated, women and men can do the same. We just get in our own way.
I personally have had a good amount of well voted posts, because I do them with the highest quality, as I would like a post 100% to read and entertain me. Because if you don't do something completely serious, something completely appropriate to your tastes, friend, let me tell you: Nobody else will like it, you'll even stop liking what you're doing. You're only hurting yourself by thinking of others, so focus on yourself so you can leave the negative feelings out.
Para terminar, ningún sistema es perfecto, todo tendrá sus ¨fallos¨ la mejor manera de evitar esos fallos (No ser votado) están al final o estando abajo es tener perseverancia para lograr tener lo que quieres, luego sigue mejorando y enfocándote en ti mismo.
