Vote sharing for posts with 5% (or more) beneficiary set to @archon-gov
Every hour, a bot will scan for posts that have a 5% (or more) beneficiary to @archon-gov and split the hours vote mana between those posts. The tracking system for this runs through Archon vote tracking, so an Archon user must vote on the post first for this to trigger.
@archonapp (1,449.804 HP + 953 HP = 2403.101 HP), @archon-mining (5,467.869 HP - 2,709.075 HP = 2758.794 HP), @ufm.pay (470.756 HP + 10,998.018 HP = 11468.774 HP) and @doubledice (458.993 HP + 350.758 HP = 809.751 HP) are the current upvote accounts for this, and will now only vote under those conditions. This makes a current grand total of: 17440.384 HP.
So why donate 5% to @archon-gov?
@archon-gov is the governance account for all ARCHON and ARCHONM holders. The funds within it, along with everything else to do with the account is fully controlled by the Archon Community as a whole (voting based on Governance Power)....
Once we get proposals online, we can decide if we want to add @archon-gov to this list of voting accounts.

Not quite, there are 67 left at 20 hive... Not cheap I know, but only 1k overall and they have unique functions like a chance at hive rewards hourly and they add a good chunk to GP.
