June 4, 21: Trading, More Vertcoin Fail, Yard Work, Rising Star, Oculus, TV, and Games

Up at five this morning, much better than the three that it has been the last week or so! Only a half an hour short and with the addition of some caffeine infused water, I made it through the whole day without collapsing!

Went over for the weekly AMA on the LEO Doscord. I was surprised that it was possible for them to disappoint me yet again, but they were somehow able. I’m not wingeing hard, I’ve only put in like $5 (plus all the fees and shit), but if it’s a loser with $5, why would I throw thousands at it?!?!

They show absolutely no desire to connect back with the Hive ecosystem…that’s relegated to LeoFinance.io, otherwise it’s pretty much any other chain they can leech code off of. Meanwhile, Kingdoms were an absolute flop and my $5 is now worth less than $2.5.

What pissed me off this time is that they’re now adding insult to injury. Dens will be shut off and you will have to manually move to the Kingdom instead. Not only does this mean a further $.6 loss on fees (to unstake and then stake) simply to keep it alive, but now we’ll also get the privilege of paying “maintenance” fees.

Considering that my earnings from what I hold have been consistently $.12 LESS than the fee to claim it (another loss that defeats the whole purpose to begin with), I think I’m going to give them a big, fat middle finger and let my $5 just die.

I did actually get a brew done and sold out over on CryptoBrewmaster. Pulled out the 156 CBM I’ve amassed over months and got 2.6 HIVE for it. 🥴 Not much, but hopefully the VFT I bought with it will do some work for me.

Splinterlands was absolutely, rediculously, stupidly bad, just bad, today. 😡

Mostly pitted against level three Lord Anusholes and high level golds. Lost more than I won and ended worse in the ranks for the second fu$&ing day in a row. 🤬
