Danza... Magnífica danza, que viene desde las visceras y desde lo más -profundo - del alma. Te hace auténtico, aunque hayan técnicas o parámetros, a los cuales seguir. Danza, llamada contemporánea; esa que tanto amo, esa que me mantiene a flote. Esa danza por la cuál quiero expresar todo lo que - soy - todo lo que traigo y todo lo que va surgiendo de mi ser.
Dance... Magnificent dance, which comes from the viscera and from the most -deep- of the soul. It makes you authentic, even if there are techniques or parameters, to follow. Dance, called contemporary; the one I love so much, the one that keeps me afloat. That dance through which I want to express all that - I am - all that I bring and all that comes out of my being.
Magnífica en todos sus aspectos; libre expresión corporal, la creatividad surgiendo del individuo y la increíble manera de transformar la técnica del movimiento. Por eso, mi amor por ella, crece cada día más. La pienso, la vivo y la investigo; en cada experiencia de mi vida. Todo está ligado "Vida, danza, cuerpo, mente y alma". La construyó en todas mis acciones y pensamientos. Hábito la danza y la hago auténtica.
Magnificent in all its aspects; free body expression, the creativity emerging from the individual and the incredible way of transforming the technique of movement. That is why my love for her grows more and more every day. I think about it, live it and investigate it; in every experience of my life. Everything is linked to "Life, dance, body, mind and soul". I build it in all my actions and thoughts. I make a habit of dancing and I make it authentic.
Energías, dejándolas fluir, me guiarán al camino de la comprensión de este - universo - que le dicen danza contemporánea. Manejar estás energías, tantos internas como externas, me hacen crear una danza grácil y orgánica. Surge de un sentimiento. Imágenes. Vivencias. Paradigmas. Investigaciones. Visiones. Sobretodo del reconocimiento que tengo de mi - personalidad - y mi - Ser. Construyendo y transformando; desde la mente - alma - espíritu, al cuerpo - individuo - exterior.
Energies, by letting them flow, will guide me to the path of understanding this - universe - that they call contemporary dance. Handling these energies, both internal and external, makes me create a graceful and organic dance. It arises from a feeling. Images. Experiences. Paradigms. Investigations. Visions. Above all, the recognition I have of my - personality - and my - Being. Building and transforming; from the mind - soul - spirit, to the body - individual - exterior.
Ya estaba creada y visualizada cuando nací. Pero al pasar los años, surgen nuevas mentes y cuerpos, con ganas de seguir adelante en la investigación de nuevas danzas y de nuevas metas. También está hermosa danza llena de libertad, se mezcla, se funde con otras danzas, con otras técnicas corporales y, te vas encontrando una infinidad de información y visiones.
It was already created and visualized when I was born. But as the years go by, new minds and bodies emerge, eager to move forward in the research of new dances and new goals. It is also a beautiful dance full of freedom, it mixes and merges with other dances, with other body techniques and you find an infinite amount of information and visions.
Entre todo este mundo de la nueva danza, voy creando la mía, influida por muchas técnicas corporales y por los matices de mi vida. Así, que compongo, dándole mi toque - especial - desde lo profundo de mis visceras. Repercutiendo por todo mi cuerpo, fugando la energía por mis extremidades. Dándole a la composición mis propios tonos, desde el interior de mi universo. Mostrando esa fuerza que tengo ante la melancolía. La luz que transmito en cada circunstancia. Los matices de mi alma. "Hablo con mis manos y mis miradas" interpretando y sintiendo todo lo que tengo dentro.
Among all this new dance world, I am creating my own, influenced by many body techniques and by the nuances of my life. So, I compose, giving it my touch - special - from the depths of my viscera. It is a way of spreading the energy throughout my body, escaping from my extremities. Giving the composition my own tones, from inside my universe. Showing that strength I have in the face of melancholy. The light that I transmit in every circumstance. The shades of my soul. "I speak with my hands and my eyes" interpreting and feeling everything I have inside.
