Because we are at long last getting into explicit multiverse territory I've had to start making it clear to Theresa whether we're talking about our main characters vs their alternate universe counterparts. The shorthand I came up with is that our MAIN main characters are referred to as "Prime" aka Harvey Prime, and their other counterparts are usually referred to as "Harvey B" or WW2 Vet Harvey. We're getting into real Rick and Morty territory here haha, I'm always thinking about Rick needing to be classified as Rick C-137 for a viewer to know that what's happening is integral to the plot vs a side story.
I will say though, the B-timeline story has become more and more interesting to me as I write it, and I think that even once readers learn that the flashforward bookends are technically different characters than the "Prime" characters, fans will want me to check back in with the B-timeline, they're going to be very invested in the darker timeline as it were, haha.
