最近ようやく、冬という感じなってきた。
気分的にも、気忙しい。
周りは妙にヘラヘラしているように見える。
ちょっと、洗濯機回してる間に、用事を済ますため、繁華街にお出かけ、
伴侶が、ホテルに泊まった際に忘れ物をしたらしく、取りに行く。
近くにヨドバシ電機という大きな店があるので、覗く。
覗くつもりがウロウロうろうろ。
行くところは、おもちゃが置いてある階。
娘に何かお土産でもというわけではない。
ついでに、面白いものがあれば、お土産にしようかとは思うけれども、おおよそは、自分の興味である。
人は多い。
人のことは言えないが、完全にコロナは気にしていない様子だ。
子供も沢山来ている。
子供はあまりマスクをしていない。
すぐ取ってしまうからだろう。
かといって、大人だけはしっかりマスクをしている。
変な気がする。
年末商戦のためか、コロナ対策の空気循環のためか、レイアウトが大幅に変わっている。
前にあったはずのものがない。
この店のおもちゃ売り場は広く。
いろんなものを揃えている。
前には、くだらないおもちゃをよく見たものであるが、レイアウト変更した際に、省かれてしまったらしく、わざわざ来ずとも知っているようなものばかりである。
何か変えるときには、物を処分ことがよくある。
その処分したものは、後になって結構後悔するものが多い。
家の模様替えと同じだなと思った。
結局めぼしいものは何もなく、娘のお土産もなかった。
Lately, it's finally starting to feel like winter.
I've been busy, mood-wise.
People around me seem strangely flippant.
I went downtown to run some errands while I was running the washing machine.
My spouse forgot something when he stayed at the hotel, so I go to get it.
There is a big store called Yodobashi Denki nearby, so I go to get it.
I was planning to take a peek, but I wandered around.
I go to the toy store on the floor.
I don't necessarily want to get my daughter a souvenir of something.
If I found something interesting, I might take it as a souvenir, but mostly I was just curious.
There are many people.
I can't speak for others, but Corona doesn't seem completely bothered by them.
A lot of kids are here, too.
Children don't wear masks so much, probably because they take them off quickly.
They take them right off.
However, only adults are wearing masks, which I find strange.
I feel strange.
The layout has changed drastically, perhaps because of the end-of-year sales or because of air circulation to prevent corona.
There are no items that should have been there before.

I used to see a lot of crappy toys here, but it seems that they were omitted when the layout was changed, so you wouldn't have to come here to find them.
Often, when you change something, you have to get rid of things.
Many of the things we get rid of are things we regret quite a bit later.
It's like redecorating a house, I thought.
In the end, I had nothing of note, and I didn't have any souvenirs for my daughter.
