Ibiza 2015
Hi,
back to a few years back while I´m still not ready to share what I´m working on currently.
This is a painting I did during the workshop Professor Phil and Mantra gave in Ibiza in 2015. I worked on the tempera grassa technique and this is the steps I wen through. I followed shapes I found in the smudges and then got this image.
Then I glazed it.
Then I worked on the colours and layered it. Unfortunately I don´t have any more photos till I go to the end resul.

I remember seeing this a while ago on Steemit and it has always been one of your pieces that stayed with me. It has a very memorable composition, and I love the colours and textures you have worked into it. The open vases, the languid body of the central figure, the two large drops at the end of each limb, and the star-like head.... All created a very surreal and beautiful painting <3 I love it still, Romanie <3

yes, the egg tempera and oil work wonders...in a way I´m missing it here on this trip. It´s a messy thing to travel with, so I didn´t make it.
