Pilane - A walk in the Iron Age

Pilane Heritage Museum
The Pilane burial ground at Tjörns is a burial ground from the Iron Age, dated to 0-600 AD.
Here is also nature's own art hall in the form of an eight-acre cultural landscape. Thirteen culture shows can be viewed by eight different artists.
Centrally located and largest in size is the sculpture Anna by the artist Jaume Plensa, Spain.

Pilane gravfält på Tjörns är ett gravfält från järnåldern, daterat till 0-600 efter Kristus.
Här ligger också naturens egen konsthall i form av ett åtta hektar stort kulturlandskap. Tretton skulpturer finns att beskåda gjorda av åtta olika konstnärer.
Centralt beläget och störst till storleken står skulpturen Anna av konstnären Jaume Plensa, Spanien.
