My third try!

Success

This is my third try

I used the turbo roaster to bake it instead of steaming it which was a big improvement of course.
I set it to just 35 minutes which is totally enough, near 200 degrees. I just set it to bake mode.

Here's some on the process Photos

My second try

I didn't post it but here it is

Using the steamer makes it too moist but it does puff up still. However when chilled it becomes like pudding but the taste remains the same.

My cake photoshoot

So I just put some cream and crushed peanuts on top, I didn't mix the icing since I prefer it not too sweet but that's something I should learn when the next cake comes.

I already ate half of one cake and just holding back cause of all the sugar.

🥧 Next try i need honey or stevia for a healthier alternative
🥕 Try yoghurt instead of butter

But so far this is still healthier and cheap compared to buying ordinary sweet pastries from shops cause you can control how you make it.

Cooking adventures

This was super fun! I hope you start baking!

see you soon!
