Beer Tasting - Gose ('Apri-Gose In Der Hose' by Jopen Brewery)

Markets holding steady. A new base or impending doom? You’ll have to decide for yourself. Nobody knows.

Unfortunately, I’m leaning to the downside. We haven’t seen a decent pullback for some time now. I like to go by my rule that saved me so many times - when in doubt, cash up. In the long run, capital preservation is more important than quick few percent gains. What do you think? Is this raising wedge or ascending triangle?

Jopen pushed a whole range of new products. This might be their April hit. Not bad, a welcome change from Belgian ales.

Aroma	Spices, citruses and fermenting fruit.
Taste	Zingy salty and sour. Packs quite a punch. Light fruit aroma in between.
Palate	Thicker body than expected. Medium carbonation. Sticky fruity dank aftertaste.

Overall	A brew that can spark up your day. I wouldn’t drink in huge quantities but excellent as a starter. No idea why it must be so expensive, nuts.
Score (subjective)	- 15/20

Price: 2.75 euro ($3.10) for 0.33 l. Bottle at a store. Splurge.
