Catching up on my beer drinking

in #beer4 years ago

If there has been one positive with this situation we all find ourselves in with Covid-19, it's the amount of free time I have been allotted to drink some good beer!

While we all know the traditional brands such as Coor's, Budweiser and Busch in America, or Guinness, Corona and Kirin Ichiban around the world, I like to drink micro brews.

Micro brews have been attached to the so-called "hipster movement" for a while, but has slowly but surely become a mainstream phenomena. I'm no different. I like to try new beers made into an art form.

So what I wanted to do is give you guys a run-down on the beers that I have had, the style of beer and where they come from. Enjoy!

Cream And Sugar, Please - American Style Porter with a coffee flavor from St. Petersburg, Florida (Cycle Brewing)

Matte Black - American Style Black lager with a strong coffee flavor and finish from Lakeland, Florida (Brew Hub)

JDub's Passion Wheat - Mango and Passion Fruit flavored Wheat Beer (perfect for summer) from Sarasota, Florida (Jdub's Brewing Company)

Hooter Brown Ale - Strong 8.6% Brown Ale, dark in color and strong in molasses-like flavor from Apalachicola, Florida (Oyster City Brewing)

Night Swim - A chocolate Porter with a subtle coffee finish from Tampa, Florida (Coppertail Brewing)

The final piece of art I have provided is a slo-mo shot of the carbonation from one of the beers I poured. Even though many of us are on stay-at-home orders, it doesn't mean we can't enjoy ourselves with some good libations. Hope you enjoy and hope you all check out these suggestions if you get the chance. They are all truly delicious!
