Hoy os traigo para el #beersaturday de esta semana una cerveza americana de los prestigiosos Moonraker Brewing Co. No es fácil que la cerveza lupulada americana llegue en buenas condiciones a Europa, pero cuando lo hace, seguimos sorprendiéndonos con el buen hacer que existe en Estados Unidos en lo que a cerveza artesana se refiere. Tienen muchísima más cultura en este sentido, el país está rodeado de extremo a extremos de micro cerveceras artesanas con una gran calidad y el porcentaje de venta con respecto a la cerveza industrial es mucho mayor. En España apenas el 3% de la cerveza que bebemos es artesana, mientras que en Estados Unidos supera el 30%.

En primer lugar, de Pale Ale, nada de nada. Es una IPA de manual. El aroma es muy penetrante a fruta y te golpea nada más abrir la lata.
El color es brumoso y su textura sedosa. El sabor es una bofetada de albaricoque y melocotón, con un final seco y resinoso. Una delicia que a pesar de su formato de medio litro, se queda corta.
Excelente cerveza.

First of all, from Pale Ale, nothing at all. It is a manual IPA. The aroma is very fruity and hits you as soon as you open the can.
The color is misty and its texture silky. The flavor is a slap of apricot and peach, with a dry and resinous finish. A delight that despite its half-liter format, falls short.
Excellent beer.
