The Red Oak Brewery is unique in that the beer they brew is brewed in strict accordance with 1516 Purity Laws.
See it says it right on the can!
Also, since Red Oak does not filter the beer nor adds preservatives, the beer must remain refrigerated or it runs the risk of being "skunky".
Appearance: gold color, crystal clear with a medium head and well carbonated
Taste: clean and fresh with low bitterness
ABV: 4.5%
A wonderful and delightful beer. Clean, crisp. light bodied that will be perfect by the grill this Summer!
Haven't seen this in my Local beer & Wine store yet.
Not surprised since North Carolinians Drink it all before it even crosses the state line.
