So as some of you probably know #beersaturday turned 3 years last week and @detlev asked me to join in since I have been one of the first ones back then doing an entry!
I have to admit that in a long time I didn't have the time and also honestly I don't drink that much beer.. but in that occasion I just had to join in and celebrate with all of you guys keeping this project alive 😉
I remember very well how I started blogging on this blockchain while traveling. Not that much time after I joined the Munich Meetup and @uwelang asked me to manage #beachwednesday and #sunthursday (two projects he had started already back then). #lovefriday from @liliana.duarte was also very popular!
Wie einige von euch wahrscheinlich wissen, wurde #beersaturday letzte Woche 3 Jahre alt und @detlev hat mich gebeten, mitzumachen, da ich damals eine der ersten war, die einen Post dazu gemacht hat!
Ich muss zugeben, dass ich lange nicht die Zeit hatte mal wieder mitzumachen und ehrlich gesagt auch nicht so viel Bier trinke. Aber bei diesem Anlass musste ich einfach mitziehen und mit euch allen feiern, um dieses Projekt am Leben zu erhalten 😉

Como algunos de ustedes probablemente saben, #beersaturday cumplió 3 años la semana pasada y @detlev me pidió que me uniera, ¡ya que fui uno de las primeras en hacer una entrada!
Tengo que admitir que en mucho tiempo no tuve tiempo y, sinceramente, no bebo tanta cerveza ... pero en esa ocasión tuve que unirme y celebrar con todos ustedes para mantener vivo este proyecto. 😉

I always loved this tags as they brought people from all kinds of interests together (little plankton - wales), it helped newcomers to engage with others and it was always an easy post to write for them.
A little bit after @detlev, a good friend from @uwelang and now also from me started to take off! So keeping this in mind I feel honored to join this weeks beersaturday at its 3 year anniversary.- It is really impressive, that it is still going on and worth to celebrate big time ;)
As in Corona it is not allowed to have a party with many people I decided to split up my birthday party and have little parties instead. One of them (the BBQ) I want to devote beersaturday!
For that Elenas brother and mother, her best friend and another friend came by in the late afternoon and we put on the grill to have some awesome BBQ.
We had 3 different kinds of beer that day:
Augustiner Helles // Tegernseer Helles // Grösser Natur Radler
Ich habe diese Tags immer geliebt, da sie Menschen von allen möglichen Interessen zusammenbrachten (Planktons bis Wale), es Neulingen half, mit anderen in Kontakt zu treten, und es war immer ein einfacher Post zu schreiben.
Kurz danach startete @detlev #beersaturday. Er ist ein guter Freund von @uwelang und mittlerweile auch von mir! Vor diesem Hintergrund fühle ich mich geehrt, an diesem 3-jährigen Jubiläum am dieswöchigen Bier-Samstag teilnehmen zu dürfen. - Es ist wirklich beeindruckend, dass es dieses Projekt noch immer gibt und damit ist es ein super Grund zu feiern ;)
Da es wegen Corona nicht erlaubt ist, mit vielen Leuten zu feiern, habe ich beschlossen, meine Geburtstagsfeier aufzuteilen und stattdessen kleine Partys zu veranstalten. Einen von ihnen (den Grilltag) möchte ich dem beersaturday widmen!
Dafür kamen Elenas Bruder und Mutter, ihr bester Freund und ein anderer Freund am späten Nachmittag vorbei und wir stellten den Grill an, um einen tolles Grillabend zu haben.
Wir hatten an diesem Tag 3 verschiedene Biersorten:
Augustiner Helles // Tegernseer Helles // Grösser Natur Radler
Siempre me encantaron estas tags, ya que reunían a personas de todo tipo de intereses (pequeño plancton - ballenas), ayudaba a los recién llegados a relacionarse con los demás y siempre era una publicación fácil de escribir para ellos.
¡Un poco después @detlev, un buen amigo de @uwelang y ahora también de mí comenzó con #beersaturday! Así que, teniendo esto en cuenta, me siento honrada de unirme al beersaturday de esta semana en su tercer aniversario. Es realmente impresionante que este projecto sigue aqui y vale la pena celebrarlo a lo grande ;)
Como en Corona no está permitido celebrar una fiesta con muchas personas, decidí dividir mi fiesta de cumpleaños y celebrar varias pequeñas fiestas. ¡Uno de ellos (la barbacoa) quiero dedicar a las cervezas del sábado!
El hermano y la madre de Elena, su mejor amigo y otro amigo vinieron a última hora de la tarde y nos pusimos a la parrilla para tener una barbacoa increíble.
Tuvimos 3 tipos diferentes de cerveza ese día:
Augustiner Helles // Tegernseer Helles // Grösser Natur Radler
Augustiner is a beer produced in Munich. It is one of the favorite beers here as it is one of the few that is still owned by Germans. A few others from Munich already belong to foreign companies. - Of course also the taste is better!
Tegernseer is also from the region close to lake Tegernsee. This is one of the secret beers around here! Its a very small brewery compared to others, and they never had to do comercials for it! People love it and they tell each other about it, so the brewery is doing quite well and even has problems in delivery sometimes.
Grösser Radler is a mix of beer and lemonade. Honestly I don't know nothing about this beer haha. Must be a thing in Ulm (where Elenas friends came from), but it is very tasty as well.
As it was @beersaturday, I made sure everybody had at least one beer right at the begining of this little event.
Soon our 2 professional cooks made sure the meat got on the grill and the BBQ officially had started!
Augustiner ist ein in München hergestelltes Bier. Es ist eines der Lieblingsbiere hier, da es eines der wenigen ist, die noch im Besitz der Deutschen sind. Einige andere aus München gehören bereits ausländischen Unternehmen. - Natürlich ist auch der Geschmack besser!
Tegernseer kommt auch aus der Region nahe dem Tegernsee. Dies ist eines der geheimen Biere hier! Es ist eine sehr kleine Brauerei im Vergleich zu anderen und sie mussten nie Werbung dafür machen! Die Leute lieben es und erzählen sich gegenseitig davon, so dass es der Brauerei recht gut geht und sie manchmal sogar Probleme bei der Lieferung hat.
Grösser Radler ist eine Mischung aus Bier und Limonade. Ehrlich gesagt weiß ich nichts über dieses Bier haha. Muss ein Trend in Ulm sein (wo Elenas Freunde herkamen), aber es ist auch sehr lecker.
Da es @beersaturday war, stellte ich sicher, dass jeder gleich zu Beginn dieses kleinen Ereignisses mindestens ein Bier hatte.
Bald sorgten unsere 2 professionellen Köche dafür, dass das Fleisch auf den Grill kam und so hatte der BBQ Abend offiziell begonnen!
Augustiner es una cerveza producida en Munich. Es una de las cervezas favoritas aquí, ya que es una de las pocas que aún es propiedad de los alemanes. Algunos otros de Munich ya pertenecen a empresas extranjeras. - ¡Por supuesto también el sabor es mejor!
Tegernseer es también de la región cercana al lago Tegernsee. ¡Esta es una de las cervezas secretas por aquí! Es una cervecería muy pequeña en comparación con otras, ¡y nunca tuvieron que hacer comerciales por ella! A la gente le encanta y se lo cuentan, por lo que a la cervecería le está yendo bastante bien e incluso a veces tiene problemas de entrega.
Grösser Radler es una mezcla de cerveza y limonada. Sinceramente, no sé nada de esta cerveza jaja. Debe ser algo en Ulm (de donde vinieron los amigos de Elena), pero también es muy sabroso.
Como era @beersaturday, me aseguré de que todos tuvieran al menos una cerveza justo al comienzo de este pequeño evento.
¡Pronto nuestros 2 cocineros profesionales se aseguraron de que la carne se pusiera a la parrilla y que la barbacoa hubiera comenzado oficialmente!
At the same time Elena did prepare the potatoe salad, bulgur salad and pasta salad + garlic bread and salsas like alioli, BBQ sauce etc.. - to make sure everybody had enough to eat.
On the grill we had spare ribs, chicken, sausages, pork neck steak and vegetables.
While we were waiting for the meat to get ready of course we had another beer.
Zur gleichen Zeit bereitete Elena den Kartoffelsalat, den Bulgursalat und den Nudelsalat + Knoblauchbrot und Salsas wie Alioli, BBQ-Sauce usw. zu - um sicherzustellen, dass jeder genug zu essen hatte.
Auf dem Grill hatten wir Spareribs, Hühnchen, Würstchen, Schweinehalssteak und Gemüse.
Während wir darauf warteten, dass das Fleisch fertig wurde, tranken wir natürlich noch ein Bier.
Al mismo tiempo, Elena preparó la ensalada de papa, la ensalada de bulgur y la ensalada de pasta + pan de ajo y salsas como alioli, salsa BBQ, etc., para asegurarse de que todos tuvieran suficiente para comer.
En la parrilla tuvimos costillas, pollo, salchichas, filete de cerdo y verduras.
Mientras esperábamos que la carne se preparara, por supuesto, tomamos otra cerveza.

Die Biere von der Tegernseer Brauerei sind wirklich gut. Mein Lieblingsbier! Das Dunkelbier solltest du mal probieren, echt klasse!
Ja Tegernseer is einfach das Beste, Augustiner dicht dahinter haha!! Ich bin eigentlich mehr der Wein und Rum trinker aber wenn es Bier ist dann ein Helles 😉Wer weis vllt gibts ja bald mal wieder einen Meetup im Biergarten 👍
Das ist auch meine Bier Reihenfolge! Schweiger-Bräu ist auch sehr gut. Die Brauerei ist ja ganz in meiner Nähe (Markt Schwaben).
Wein mag ich auch sehr gern, besonders die aus Kalifornien. Rum . . . hab ich nicht zu Hause und kauf ich auch nicht, würde mich süchtig machen und die Flasche wäre sehr schnell leer . . . lecker, lecker! 😱

Im Moment ist es mir hier zu voll am See zu laufen.. da müsste ich früher aufstehen 😉
