Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
The bottom tier of this bento is green rice (I used food coloring) with some tuna salad filling. I cut some nori to represent a pot of gold and used a straw to cut cheese for the coins. The top tier of the bento contains a cabbage roll and yogurt. The cabbage roll is sliced corned beef from the deli, swiss cheese, and I sprinkled some leftover corn in it before I rolled it in the cabbage. I used a heart cookie cutter to make a four leaf clover out of kiwi for the yogurt. I feel like this container is pretty small, so the yogurt didn’t look as good as it did before I tried fitting the cabbage roll next to it. Below is the yogurt cup right after I placed the kiwi hearts in it.
