I wouldn't automatically assume that.
It's still valued way higher than I think it should be.
Steem was valued at 12 cents before the pump and is still valued 50% higher than that.

Cryptourrency valuations have very little to do with fundamentals. Steem spent an eternity in the shitter despite being one of the most valuable projects in the space.
