Ingredients
For rice
500 gms basmati rice
2 litres water
Salt as required
1/2 Cup oil
2 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
1 inch cinnamon
8 black pepper corn
4 cloves
500 gms chicken
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp chilli pwd
1/2 tsp garma masla powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
yellow food colour
1/2 cup dahi
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 large onion (golden fry)
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
Garnish
Mint leaves & coriander
Method
In a pan heat oil thenadd onion till golden
Now add chicken fry 4 mints-
Add ginger garlic paste. tomato cook for 2 mints
-Now add all spices and cook for 2 mints
-Now add yoghurt Cover it with a lid and cook on medium flame till its done
Add the washed and soaked rice to the boiling water and let it cook on high flame. When it's 3/4th cooked drain the rice
Garnish it with fresh mint and fresh coriander
