While PoS is hacked with printed fiat, I agree with taskmaster that open source + PoS is a safe place for communities and Hive is the best example I have.

Absolutely, dPoS is perfect for a blockchain like Hive.
But you need the PoW security of BTC as a shield of the cryptocosm.
Agreed, this is currently the best solution. But maybe in the future you can have proof of being, like a biological private key, and this will truely democratize the economy on a global scale. I know its sci-fi now but who knows ;)
