Removed Stock-to-Flow metric because:
β The "white space" (the area between the price line and the 463 moving average line) becomes less and less with each subsequent bull run.
β Inconsistent distances from where the trend line changes (shorter than trend line change in 2013 and longer in 2017)
Added new metric "Halving-to-Peak":
β Halving-to-Peak (H2P) takes the distance from the "halving event" to the following bitcoin price peak, and forms an average among all past bull runs which is then extrapolated into the future for the next halving-to-peak cycle.
