If this holds, and likely will, Bitcoin will adopt segregated witness(via segwit2x) even before the August 1st deadline.i believe with available expertise and technology, the coding if well written will effectively work.thank for your constructive opinion.
No, Bip91 doesnt carry the 2x. Its only Segwit being implemented.
