A lot of customers are requesting that we offer a Steem/Hive pairing, so despite my earlier plan not to offer one, we’ll be offering one for a while.
We’ll also be re-enabling other Steem pairs, to allow our users to smoothly transition to their preferred blockchain.
While I'm glad to see it, I'm assuming the business decision won't impact your operations much. Having all of that Steem on hand that people want to get rid of should hopefully not be difficult for you to then offload yourselves so you don't have that financial burden.
I figured we've made enough off the rise of Hive to cover the loss.

It says I dont have enough STEEM when I am trying to send 2000 and there is 3000 in there.
Try sending manually. We haven't updated the UI yet, and maybe there is some issue with steemconnect.

I would not have converted all my STEEMs to BTC had this option been there earlier! Now I will have to wait for a week for my next installment of powerdown to come :(
apologies if this is an inappropriate question, but if you trade out all the steem for hive, are youo guys going to dump all the steem tokens onto the exchanges? or are you planning on doing something with them? Im not aware of how you guys facilitate trades so excuse the ignorance.
We'll just sell them off on exchanges I think.

Just one question @blocktrades - Why the logo of HIVE is not showing in Blocktrades and only manual transfer option is available for HIVE?

What's the estimated time it takes to trade from steem to hive? Just testing it out now and noticed its still pending after 15 minutes or so. I'm not worried, just curious for future reference if I decide to trade a larger sum. Will the speed of trade between hive and steem always have a delay or will this speed up in the future?

I just wan't to ask about ETH which I notice is unstable, at times it worked and a moment later then it fails. Any explanation for this issue?
We've experienced some kind of loading problem with our ETH wallet for the past week, off-and-on. It's high on our list of things to look at, now that the hyper critical things are mostly done.

The Steem to Hive is not working:
It says can not compute a price for this trade, but if I reverse it to Hive to Steem it does compute ????
Then when logging in again a few minutes later I get this both ways

It's in progress, some commits were made today and should be reviewed tonight. So probably can deploy in a day or two, hopefully.

Hi @blocktrades. I have always used your service to buy Steem with BTC. As for Steem, I decided, on the first week that Justin Sun started pulling his nonsense, to do a full power-down of my ~ 2,600 Steem, which I have been converting directly into DEC and holding in my @steem-engine wallet. I am in the process, right now, of trying to figure out how to get the airdrop of Hive equivalent to the ~ 1,900 Steem I had when the fork went down. I am having trouble finding out how to access the Hive airdrop tokens, as my Hive wallet is not even opening. If you could be nice enough to briefly explain BOTH how to get my Hive wallet operational (which SHOULD contain ~ 1,900 Hive, AND ALSO where I might hold Hive (if I choose to sell the weekly paid-out, powered-down Steem on blocktrades). In other words, I am having a "wallet problem". Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
