My name is Guy,
I live on an off-grid farm in rural Portugal which I develop based on Permaculture principles. also, It is being used as a laboratory for different experiments related to establishing trees in our harsh climate, protecting them from wild boar among others. the results of these experiments are then scaled up on large properties that I help manage as part of the "Um milhão de Árvores" (One Million Trees) association that I am part of.
besides these activities, I also serve as a bridge between the Seeds global movement and the local communities by promoting the adoption of the use of the Seeds currency in local farmers markets and many other events we organize. community meetings, tree planting events, community festivals etc.
I have recently joined the HIVE community thanks to @chrisaiki who I know form the Seeds Discord channel and which helps me do my first steps here to which I am grateful.
I am looking forward to find ways to integrate here and find ways in which we can further connect and co-create to make our world a better place for us all.
