Slowing Down - From Beta to Alpha Waves

In our extremely fast paced world that constantly demands cognitive function and our problem solving abilities, it's easy to forget to relax and wind down and access an alpha wave state of presence.

Shifting our brain's thought frequency from beta to alpha waves allows our senses to be more present while allowing our mind and body to recover.

If we want to go even deeper and slow down even more through meditation and slow breathing, we can access our theta state. Here we can go deep within ourselves and experience our consciousness as imagery, symbols, and emotions which help bring us a greater understanding of our life's path.
