Saying that a particular creature is clean or unclean I think, is a more of psychology and culture. We know that God looks at the heart, not on the surface. Besides, Jesus saying in Mk. 7:19 made it clear that what we eat goes through the belly and out has put paid to that matter.
Our character and attitude is of more importance than what we eat.
