What is Cupping?ماهي الحجامة
Cupping is a form of treatment in alternative medicine for medicine, an ancient medical method used to treat many diseases, because people were unaware of the causes of diseases, and the therapeutic methods were very limited.
الحجامة هو شكل من أشكال العلاج في الطب البديل، وهي طريقة طبية قديمة تستخدم للعلاج و التداوي لمكافحة الأمراض، اذ كان الناس القدامى على علم بأسباب الأمراض، وكانت الطرق العلاجية بدائية و محدودة جدا
It depends on the suction using some cups on the sites of pain .
There are two types of cupping:
-Moist cupping (use of scalpels and remove corrupt blood)
-Dry cupping
:ذلك يعتمد على شفط باستخدام بعض الكؤوس على مواضع الالم و هي نوعان
(الحجامة الرطبة (استخدام المشارط وإزالة الدم الفاسد-
الحجامة الجافة-
Types of cupping and cupping techniques
Suckers used for a cupping session can be of different materials:
-glass
-bamboo
-silicone
-Earthenware

There are two main cupping techniques:
Hot: flame creates a vacuum in the suction cup which is then placed on the skin
Cold: by sucking air into the suction cup.

History cupping تاريخ الحجامة

وتوارثوها من جيل إلى جيل ... الصينية والفراعنة الهنود واليونانيين ، والرومان، والبابليون والعرب.
وكانت الحجامة السابقة مصنوعة من قرون الحيوانات الفارغة، تشعل النارفي الداخل لااحداث الفراغ، وبالتالي يسبب
عملية الامتصاص ، في ذلك الوقت، كانت تستخدم لامتصاص القيح والدم في علاج الدمامل. وكانت تقنية تجريبية أخرى و تتمثل في قطع راس القرون و القيام بعملية الامتصاص بواسطة الفم لخلق فراغ

1-Cupping in the ancient Egyptians الحجامة عند الفراعنة

2-Cupping in ancient China الحجامة عند الصينيين القدامى

الحجامة تنتمي إلى الطب الصيني التقليدي، والتراث الصيني منذ آلاف السنين. فان أقدم كتاب في الحجامةعثر عليه في قبر قديم لأسرة "هان" في عام 1973مكتوب على الحرير،وقد ذكرمؤلف الكتاب طريقة الحجامة بشكل مفصل و كذلك كتاب للطبيب (تشاو شيمينغ)عنوانه، "أنواع الأشرطة العلاجية"، تم التوسع في هذا الكتاب، في عهد حكم أسرة كينغ.
Zhao Xueming, a Chinese doctor practicing more than 200 years ago, completed a book named "Ben Cao Gang Mu Shi Yi", in which he described in detail the history and origin of different kinds of cupping and cup shapes, functions and applications and work of cupping and its positions associated with joint pain and diseases caused by the cold And the first to use glass, as is the case with the Pharaohs.
الف طبيب صيني" تشاو شيمينغ " منذ أكثر من 200 سنة كتابا يدعى "بن تساو قانغ مو شي يي"، حيث وصف بالتفصيل تاريخ وأصل و أنواع مختلفة من الحجامة والكأس ,الأشكال والوظائف والتطبيقات وطريقة الحجامة واثارها على آلام المفاصل والأمراض الناجمة من البرد و هوأول من استخدام الزجاج، كما هو الحال مع الفراعنة.
3-Cupping in India الحجامة في الهند
The cupping tools have long been known in the Indian sub-continent. The cupping tools have been separated in various ways in Ayurveda, written in the ancient Sanskrit language. It is one of the oldest books in the history of Indian medicine(100 years BC), Which was attributed to the first plastic surgery and plastic Has considered (Sacherta) cupping one of the most important treatments for bloody diseases.
الحجامة و أدواتها معروفة منذ زمن بعيد في شبه القارة الهندية, وقد تم شرح و تفصيل أدوات الحجامة بطرق مختلفة في الأيورفيدا التي تعتبر أن صحة البشر ترتبط ببيئتهم، الإيكولوجية والاجتماعية على السواء، وكتب في اللغة السنسكريتية القديمة. وهي واحدة من أقدم الكتب في تاريخ الطب الهندي (100 سنة قبل الميلاد)، والذي كان يعزى إلى الجراحة التجميلية الأولى والبلاستيك اعتبرت (ساشيرتا) الحجامة واحدة من أهم العلاجات للأمراض الدموية.
4-cupping in Ancient Greece الحجامة عند الاغريق
