That's downvoting in action. I appreciate his downvotes and dislike them at the same time. :) Over all it is a win. I am not sure how I got on his list, because I didn't downvote haejin, I guess it because I targeted the korean bots.

Hmm. Look. Id downvote you myself when bots became history and if there were no circle jerks to downvote (not likely to happen any time soon), if you continued to get 40$ per post on a steem posts when the max is around 200$ on trending.
