Una nueva cerveza para #beersaturday
Quizás la cerveza que menos nos gustó de todas las que probamos en nuestro paso por 3 fonteinen. Lo cual no quiere decir que no estuviera buena, simplemente no rayaba la excelencia como el resto de referencias que probamos. He tenido la suerte de probar esta cerveza en otras añadas y diferentes "Blends" y era excelente. Quizás algo se torció en su barrica.

Sin tener ningún defecto, la frambuesa se apodera de todos los demás sabores. La acidez está muy apagada y en mi opinión algo salió mal en su maduración. La dificultad que lleva implícita la elaboración de estas cervezas es tremenda y es relativamente fácil que algo salga mal. Insisto, sin tener ningún defecto la cerveza, no llegaba al nivel que nos tiene acostumbrada esta cervecera.
Perhaps the beer that we liked the least of all the ones we tried during our visit to 3 fonteinen. Which does not mean that it was not good, it simply did not border on excellence like the rest of the references that we tried. I have been lucky enough to try this beer in other vintages and different "Blends" and it was excellent. Maybe something went wrong in his barrel.

Without having any flaws, the raspberry takes over all the other flavors. The acidity is very dull and in my opinion something went wrong in its maturation. The difficulty involved in making these beers is tremendous and it is relatively easy for something to go wrong. I insist, without the beer having any defects, it did not reach the level that this brewery has accustomed us to.
