Para mi es un orgullo que la cervecera artesana de mi ciudad: "Cierzo", esté creciendo y haciendo productos de muchísima calidad.
Ya van para cuatro años, y el proyecto conjunto de varios zaragozanos, a los que conozco hace tiempo está creciendo y teniendo éxito.
Sus cervezas nunca defraudan, pero últimamente están rozando la excelencia. Como es el caso de esta colaboración con los valencianos de Saez & Son.

Para mí, hay dos tipos de NEIPA (New England India Pale Ale), las que solo saben a fruta y apenas tienen amargor, y las que combinan con maestría ambos sabores. Esta cerveza es de éstas últimas. La fruta bien integrada, sin apoderarse del sabor y el lúpulo bien fresco muy presente rasgando tu paladar.
Una de las mejores cervezas de mis vecinos hasta la fecha.
Si tenéis oportunidad de visitar Zaragoza, no dudéis en visitar su Brew Pub en el centro de la capital. Muchos grifos de su cerveza, alguna invitada de calidad y una comida moderna y muy rica os espera.

For me, there are two types of NEIPA (New England India Pale Ale), those that only taste fruity and have little bitterness, and those that masterfully combine both flavors. This beer is one of the latter. The well-integrated fruit, without taking over the flavor and the very fresh hops very present tearing your palate.
One of my neighbors' best beers to date.
