Hoy os traigo una cerveza de una cervecera Estonia que todavía no os había mostrado. Se trata de Pöhjala, desde Tallin.

Desde mi humilde opinión, la considero más una Pale Ale que una session IPA.
La cerveza es amarga a pesar de los pocos grados y está inspirada en los estilos clásicos americanos. Elaborada con copos de avena que aportan más densidad y una sensación sedosa. Mucho aroma debido al Dry Hopping.
Los matices a lima y limón le aportan un carácter muy refrescante.
El color es bastante opaco y el aroma es yun claro precedente del sabor.
Una cerveza para beber a litros. Refrescante y sabrosa.

In my humble opinion, I consider it more of a Pale Ale than a session IPA.
The beer is bitter despite the few degrees and is inspired by classic American styles. Made with oat flakes that provide more density and a silky sensation. Lots of aroma due to Dry Hopping.
The nuances of lime and lemon give it a very refreshing character.
The color is quite opaque and the aroma is a clear precedent of the flavor.
A beer to drink by liters. Refreshing and tasty.
