Se acercaban las fiestas de Diciembre , eran sus fiestas preferidas del año, le encantaba la reunión familiar pero lo que más le gustaba era cómo lo celebraban. La celebración se dividía en dos actividades fundamentales: el intercambio de regalo con mapa del tesoro y la cena.
En el intercambio de regalo había que esconder el regalo y darle un mapa con instrucciones al familiar que le había tocado en el sorteo para que encontrara su regalo. Niños y adultos disfrutaban mucho de este evento. Además de por el regalo, por todo el proceso de la búsqueda y las instrucciones, cada una más divertida que la anterior, llenas de trampas y falsos regalos. Ella estaba entusiasmada, después de comprar los regalos, debía pensar en un buen escondite y redactar las instrucciones para encontrarlo. Recuerda que en una ocasión su tío JL, le había hecho caminar todo el pueblo y el regalo había estado prácticamente a su lado todo el tiempo. Desde ese día decidieron que la búsqueda sería solamente en la casa y sus alrededores.
Después de tanto alboroto venía el momento de la cena, donde todos participaban en su confección. Cada miembro adulto de la familia tenía a su cargo la elaboración de una parte del menú navideño. A ella le había tocado el postre, haría mouse de limón y un tronco navideño. Con el mousse no tenía problemas era un postre que preparaba con frecuencia y dominaba a la perfección. El tronco navideño ya era harina de otro costal, buscaría una buena receta en internet. La cena era un momento especial, todos se sentaban juntos a comer y estaban conversando y comiendo, hasta el momento del brindis. Después de brindar se dispersaban, algunos iban a bailar, otros a conversar.
Los niños también participaban en todas las actividades y eso era una de las cosas que siempre le gustó, desde que era pequeña, colaboraban en la confección de los mapas con ese ingenio propio de la edad y también en la elaboración de las comidas así se pasaban las recetas de generación en generación y aprendían nuevas recetas juntos.
Las fiestas navideñas siempre era un momento especial en el año, llenas de celebraciones, buenos deseos, excelente compañía y mucho amor.

Each adult member of the family was in charge of preparing a part of the Christmas menu. She had had dessert, she would make lemon mousse and a Christmas trunk. With the mousse she has no problems, it was a dessert that she prepared frequently and dominated to perfection. The Christmas trunk was already another matter, She would already look for a good recipe on the internet. Dinner was a special moment, everyone sat together to eat and were talking and eating, until the moment of the toast. Later they dispersed, some went to dance, others to talk.
The children also participated in all the activities and that was one of the things that she always liked, since she was little, they collaborated in the making of the maps with that ingenuity typical of age and also in the preparation of meals that way they passed recipes from generation to generation and they learned new recipes together. The Christmas holidays were always a special time of the year, full of celebrations, good wishes, excellent company and lots of love.
