In Germany you have some good concepts of gym chains. Some people complain that this are always full and not so fancy like the expensive ones. I pay somewhere around 20 Euros a month and can visit every gym from the chain(almost in every major city are at least 2,3 studios) for 24h/day 7days/week 365days/year. Also they expand in other parts of Europe. There is no excuse now, that I travel or I'm to late or something.

To put some muscles, train a little heavier like 90%-95% of your capacity, very slow movements and with rest between the days of training and eat after that protein like eggs or chicken breasts, before the gym load on pasta with tuna.

Sort:

I find the eating part of the training the hardest to follow, not because I eat junk food, but because I don't have a strict schedule and fixed eating hours.

Aha, for you to build it is essential to eat when you wake up. Also, if you know you train today prepare some pasta(wholegrain and not long cooked) in the evening and just carry it with you ;)

Thanks for advice. I will :D
