香港比較流行英式桌球，要找英式桌球室並不困難，過往亦曾有傅家俊及吳安儀等國際級球手。但美式桌球就沒那麼受歡迎了，不過，近年有一位香港青年，得到了花式桌球亞洲青年賽的雙料冠軍。

他叫比多羅比，怎麼看似不太像香港人？因為他是菲裔人，父母都是菲律賓人，在香港定居，故比多羅比在香港出生，香港成長，是土生土長的香港人。他繼承了菲律賓人的美式桌球天份，在上周的全國青少年美式桌球錦標賽又得到了冠軍。
本來比多羅比是可以加入菲律賓國家隊的，但長於香港的他最後選擇了加入香港隊。他的爸爸是他的第一個桌球導師，不過，爸爸已過身了，現在，桌球對比多羅比來說，已不止是運動、夢想，更是一份情感。
