👌 This is the 1st publication in a series we are dedicating to creators and entrepreneurs who are "extraordinary" in our eyes because of their concern for people or the customer and the ethical design of their activities.
✔️ I'd like to introduce you to Silvie today but most of the world calls her @mammasitta
👉 This "modern mother" and visionary thinker was born in Vienna, Austria, where she began her teaching career. Silvie later moved to London and Paris where she studied French, English and Italian. and Italian. She lived in New York and Los Angeles for over 20 years in the 80s/90s, where she was active as a tour manager and casting agent.
✅ The Bali years
In 1999, Silvie moved to Bali where she raised her daughter. Over the next 16 years, Silvie worked as a DJ and event promoter in Southeast Asia, becoming a major force in the Balinese electronic scene.
Over the past 35 years, Silvie has built a solid reputation as a social entrepreneur. Her track record includes:
● The music industry for example massivevibrations.
● The fashion industry as an advocate for tribal arts, trends and Indonesian 'Onartbali' traditions.
● As a 'digital nomad'
● A jewelry designer
● An educator and crypto evangelist.
● Community & social media enthusiast.
● And an airbnb superhost for taking care of properties in Brazil, Indonesia and Europe!
✅ Back home
In 2016, Silvie returned home to Vienna where she fueled the development of #steemit-austria, organizing "meet-ups" and supporting her fellow steemit enthusiasts. She actively engages with other members on the steemit platform, which has more than 18,000 posts and about 400 articles. articles.
Since June 2016, Silvie has a blog on steemit, then on Hive that now has nearly 8,360 followers who inspire and motivate many global members on the hive platform and beyond.

Silvie Iluh Cempaka and @mammasitta (her Balinese first names) is co-founder and mentor of the global Globalschool project.
Silvie started her career in Vienna as a teacher and continues in Bali and Vienna as a passionate educator with a global vision. The same person, but with a significantly expanded experience, identity and perspective.
✅ Her latest project @hivetour has just been integrated into the @hiveeurope supported program and is already gathering meetup organizers and luminaries who will soon be invited to come together to understand how to cooperate together and develop this permanent and new kind of festival to mix social learning and experience around the world and blockchain.
Mammasitta decided to cooperate with HiveTour because through its vast experience in moderating online communities, she sees a clear need for new solutions. The existing tools do not meet the needs and happiness of people, they meet the need of a management that makes money, which is legitimate but does not allow the individual to bring prosperity to himself and the community. That's what she wants. She cares about the potential of our societies, she cares about people. As she said, "We want full control over who uses what data and for what purpose, we want to be recognized for our ideas, we want to participate, we want to explore and understand. Silvie a ensuite déménagé à Londres et à Paris où elle a étudié le français, l'anglais et l'italien. et l'italien. En 2016, Silvie est rentrée chez elle à Vienne où elle a alimenté le développement de #steemit-austria, en organisant des " meet-ups " et en soutenant ses collègues enthousiastes de steemit. Elle s'engage activement avec d'autres membres sur la plateforme steemit, qui compte plus de 18 000 messages et environ 400 articles. articles.
✅ Depuis juin 2016, Silvie a un blog sur Steemit et ensuite sur Hive qui compte désormais près de 8360 fidèles qui inspirent et motivent de nombreux membres mondiaux sur la plateforme Hive et au-delà.

Les outils existants ne répondent pas aux besoins ni au bonheur des gens, ils répondent au besoin d'une direction qui gagne de l'argent, ce qui est légitime mais ne permet pas à l'individu d'apporter la prospérité à lui-même et à la communauté. C'est ce qu'elle veut. Elle se soucie du potentiel de nos sociétés, elle se soucie des gens. Comme elle l'a dit : "Nous voulons contrôler entièrement qui utilise quelles données et dans quel but, nous voulons être reconnus pour nos idées, nous voulons participer, nous voulons explorer et comprendre. Le comportement humain est beaucoup plus complexe et coloré que les outils actuels ne le laissent transparaître. Je prends très au sérieux la responsabilité d'y parvenir".

That’s so sweet of you to say! A pleasure hearing from you. One day I will pass by again but I had a very shaky life and need to take care of my health issues. Sometimes we need a break from the digital space and live a simple life. I started petsitting and it gave me back my lost strength I lost to “energy sucking” humans as well as lots of cuddles, love and appreciation!
