But to make it very simple: send 4 STEEM to @qurator with your name in the memo and they will review your application. Once it’s accepted, you will start receiving daily upvotes from @qurator for Tier2 membership. If your application is declined, you will get a refund. @qurator has many tools, contests and fun projects that are all aimed at helping its members grow and support high-quality content. Really worth it, imho.
