If you have never cleaned kidneys and hearts before, no worries, I have a shortcut to show you that as well. Common cooking methods for the heart and the kidney are sautéing, grilling, and frying. This recipe uses simple ingredients and is easy to prepare. This is an easy dish to make for those who love kidney and heart. You can use heart and kidneys of other animals too, like chicken, pigeon or beef.
Ingredient:
- Long bean
- Kidneys
- Heart
- Salt, fish sauce, msg, seasoning, water, oil cooking
- Scallion
Step 1:
Soaking kidneys and hearts into vinegar water can remove the blood and bad taste.. Remove any membranes. Cut into desired sizes heart and kidney; and dip in near-boiling water for 5 minutes. Wash again and drain well.
Step 2:
Wash the long beans, typically quickly boiling or blanching is recommended to par-cook green beans in hot water for several minutes before sauteing.. I sauté the long beans in a pan with fat and add a bowl of water, I sauté for 10 minutes or until the long beans are soft. If the long beans are still not soft, continue to add water.

Return the long bean to the pan and mix everything together,
In a wok, heat small amount of cooking oil. Stir-fry heart and pork kidney. Sprinkle a little of everything: salt, smg, fish sauce. Let sauteed while stirring occasionally, until both the heart and pork kidney are tender, not trying to cook through, just brown it.
Serve with rice and vegetables for a complete, and filling meal.
