For today I bring a delicious and refreshing strawberry-based beverage if just the passion fruit, apart the assembly is very artistic I'll start with that because even if they do not believe it is the first thing that is done in the procedure, decorate the glass.
Although it looks complicated the decoration has its technique but in the end is not so difficult, for this we will use grenadine of raspberry and sugar, what we do is to wet the beak of the cup with the grenadine and then introduce it in a container with a lot of sugar so that it is fully and impregnated completely with the crystals of sugar, this must be done with a lot of delicadesa so that it is not very thick because it would look ordinary, then if we proceed to prepare the cocktail.
This cocktail consists basically of a good herb mojito in its original recipe that I have already done in a previous post, after having made the Mojito post we add some strawberries, ice and liquefy it to give the frozen style that we love so much.
Finally we proceed to place a strawberry and a good grass leaf as topping and you will be ready to enjoy.
