Hello friends, how are you? I hope you are all well. Today I will tell you how to make a cake in a pressure cooker at home. Cakes are a favorite food of children.We almost all kids buy cakes from outside fast food shops. but we don't know how healthy it is for kids. so today I will tell you how to make delicious cake with your own hands. Today I will show you how to make cake with 1Egg. First we will take 1 egg and then break the egg.
Separate the yolk from the egg whites. Now beat the egg whites well in a large bowl until a thick white foam is formed. You can also beat it with an electric beater. Once the foam is formed,
Now mix well with the inside of the one third cup of sugar so that it does not contain the grains .Once the sugar is well mixed, we will beat one third cup of flour,2 teaspoons of powdered milk,vanilla Essence 2 Drops and Half a teaspoon of baking powder for 5 minutes. After beating for 5 minutes, beat with egg yolk for 1 minute In this we will beat on third cup Butter for 1 minute.
Now we will take a small bowl and put a nice piece of paper inside it. Now we will pour the batter in a small bowl. Now we will take a pressure cooker. The rubber must be removed from the lid of the pressure cooker.

Now stick the lid of the pressure cooker and let it heat in the oven for 5 minutes. When it gets hot, I will put the bowl inside the pressure cooker and cover it with the lid.
Now I will cook for 45 minutes on medium heat. Made a beautiful cake that you can serve with or without cream.

one third cup sugar
one third cup Flour
2 teaspoons powdered milk
vanilla Essence 2 Drops
½ teaspoon baking powder
on third cup Butter
