I read that in Africa a lot of people are illiterate (weird and sad how I read about the fact that they can not)
And Corona needs to be stopped in its tracks so that the curve can be flattened. I guess that due to a few factors herd immunity will come a lot faster in developing nations then in "the first world" (first world is to be read with a very heavy dose of sarcasm)
- Illiteracy
- low amounts of doctors to population
- wartorn in some areas and tribal in a lot of areas
- big HIV problem
- sceptic about the government (that seems to be all over the world these days)
- low medical supplies
- lower hygienic standards
- harder to spread the message
That is why I really like what Bobi Wine & Nubian Li are doing in this clip. They are spreading the message in a not so doom and gloom manner and in a way that has the potential to reach a lot more people. Good old fashioned music and the radio.
This song just made me feel a lot better even though the topic was not the most exiting in the world...
